Odyssiant provides the ability for organisations to create content that purposefully takes a customer on a journey from their initial need to an appropriate solution, be that a product or a service.
Once the content is published, Odyssiant can then track the journey travelled and deliver next-best-content to the customer directly, to Pega or Adobe.
The customer’s consumption of the content is related to the journey but also their original need. This needs analysis is then passed to either Pega or Adobe for refinement of predictive models and insight.
To achieve this Odyssiant resides in the cloud with open APIs that provide integration with the marketing and decisioning stack.
